It’s time to get saucy people! Chef Michael will teach you how to make a variety of delicious sauces and stocks the old-fashioned way, with excellent ingredients and long reduction times – the difference that sets apart the finest cuisine. Come learn how to create items such as chicken stock, veal demi glace, tomato sauce, béchamel and bordelaise.

Calling all singles! Michael loves food. I love to set people up. This summer, we’d like to unite our talents to create a class combining both love & food, but we must gauge interest first.
